Erasmus Staff Training weeks by Utrecht Network members
A growing number of Utrecht Network partners is organising an Erasmus Staff Training week.

May 2012
Bergen, Norway (May 7-11, 2012)
The University of Bergen organises its third Staff Mobility Week, to take place in Bergen during the week 7-11 May 2012. The University of Bergen will offer a program with four tracks for administrative university staff:
1 Study Administration (Retention of students and how to avoid the drop-outs)
2. Human resources (Services for International Researchers)
3. University libraries (Digital systems, Information literacy a.o.)
4. Research administration (European Framework program Horizon 2020 and the mobility of researchers)
The application deadline is February 15, 2012.
The University of Bergen can welcome approximately 40 participants in total, 10 persons in each track. Normally there will be admitted one person per partner university per track.

Helsinki, Finland (May 1221-25, 2012)
In accordance with the Erasmus Life Learning programme University of Helsinki invites members of administrative staff from theirr partner
universities to Helsinki. In order to give the best overview of our organisation University of Helsinki offers a one week programme (ISEW, International Staff Exchange Week])taking place in 21-25 May 2012.
The programme is directed to administrators working in the university level with interest in benchmarking of practices and networking with colleagues. Participation will be limited to two person per partner institution. The language of communication is English.
The programme will be constructed in days with specific themes from an administrative point of view. Themes include e.g.
- General information about the University
- Visiting host department of your choice
- Master programmes and study opportunities in English

The application period for ISEW 2012 is from January 16, 2012 to February 15, 2012. Please follow the link to the electronic application form. Participation in the scheduled programme is free of charge. Other costs such as accomodation are covered by the participants themselves.
